Each unit consists of 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The second floor is an open concept area perfect for entertaining, I love having guests over so this open area works perfect for each of my units. As the weather gets cooler, you are going to appreciate my gas radiant heat. The heating system is high end and energy and cost efficient. The top floor has two bedrooms each with a full ensuite. Also, I love pets so if you have one, these units would pair with them perfectly. My favourite part about myself and my units is that I have extremely low monthly costs and my garage consists of an EV charger (see Ev charger at Parview blog for more details).
Units 6, 8, 9 & 10 are perfect if you love the afternoon sun. My decks on these units are great places to be for afternoon entertaining, barbequing and enjoying a glass of wine after a long day of work. Unit 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5 are great units for morning sun lovers. With beautiful views of the Gorge Park, these great spaces give you the opportunity to relax and enjoy your morning coffee with the morning sun. Unit 1 and 6 have the most spacious backyard out of all my townhomes. This gives you tons of opportunity for pets and guests to enjoy the private outdoors. Unit 3 & 4 are my end units that give you access to a small path leading into the Gorge Park. The park is just a fence away from being your backyard. Unit 5 and 10 have their own private entrance. It gives the feel of owning your own private home while still in the comfort of Parkview Townhouses.
