Hi! I’m 304-648 Herald St., I’m close to the beach, well situated for walks and the perfect place for a candle-lit dinner. I’m looking forward to meeting you, so here’s a little bit about myself…


I’m a 1 bedroom plus den, 2-bathroom loft condo in search of new owners. I have a spacious open floor plan, 18ft ceilings, and a large skylight that fills me with natural light. My kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a great open concept design. My floors were just refinished, so I'm looking particularly dapper these days.


My loft is home to a large master bedroom with a four-piece ensuite bathroom.  It’s open to below, but still private, which adds to my modern flare. My den, located downstairs, is the perfect space for an office or an additional guest bedroom – your choice, I’m not picky.


My favourite feature, you ask? I have a south-facing balcony and a rooftop deck. You can grow veggies, relax in the sun, or even have friends over for great entertaining all year round (I’m very social, myself). Not to toot my own horn, but I’m urban living at its finest.


Enough about me, though! Let’s talk about my neighbourhood – it’s a great one. I’m located steps away from Chinatown, which boasts some of the best markets and restaurants in town. The downtown core is just a few blocks away and provides endless dining, entertainment and shopping possibilities. Better yet, I’m only one block away from the ocean. Take a stroll down by the docks, or have a seat on Canoe Club’s beautiful patio. Summer time and the livin’ is easy when you’re so close to so many great amenities.


I suppose you’d like to know about some of my more personal details, since we’re getting to know each other so well. I was built in 2003 by Design District Access, I clock in at 911 square feet, and I was made with reinforced steel, metal framing and brick facing. I have baseboard heating and I come with one parking space. If you’re not the jealous type, I have unrestricted rentals (for a minimum of 6 months – I don’t want to give people the wrong idea), and I LOVE cats and dogs. I can host either two small dogs under 20lbs each, or one large dog if that’s more your style.  If you’re a cat person, you can have two of those, or live life on the edge and have one of each – who am I to judge! I’m not high maintenance, so I don’t expect you to pay too much to be with me. My yearly taxes were $2,443 for 2015 and my monthly strata fee is $344.
