JOB DESCRIPTION:
Full time position: Mon-Fri day time
Salary Starting at $34,000
Team support
Sale & purchase administration
Data entry & system maintenance
Email & website administration
Writing marketing material
Bookkeeping preparation
Social media engagement
YOUR SKILLS AND TALENTS
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills
o Analytical and organized
o Proficient with Microsoft programs & Google business platform
o Excellent technical skills
o Can learn new computer systems quickly and easily
o Ability to adapt to change
o Enjoy working in a fast paced environment
o Real estate experince an asset but not necessary
o At least 2 years of office admin experience or equivalent
