Originally from Ottawa, Sonya moved to the West Coast 25 years ago with her husband and raised her three (now adult) children here. In her spare time, she loves hiking and in 2019 she participated in Royal LePage’s charity challenge which took participants to the Sahara Desert to hike 100km in support of women’s shelters.

Real estate has been part of Brittani’s story from the very beginning. Growing up with REALTOR® parents, she frequented open houses before she could even walk. After spending her early years in the Lower Mainland, she moved to Victoria 25 years ago. For the past decade, she’s been proud to call Esquimalt home.
Before becoming a REALTOR®, Brittani dedicated 15 years to serving the community through her work with Community Living Victoria and the BC Family Maintenance Agency. In those roles, her steady, empathetic nature helped countless families navigate difficult and often stressful situations. That experience now shapes her approach in real estate, where she understands that buying or selling a home is as much an emotional journey as it is a financial one.

Rova Calayag
Transaction Coordinator (Unlicensed)
Rovalyn joined the Modern Real Estate Team as our transaction coordinator in 2022 after her passion for real estate blossomed during the pandemic while working remotely. A reliable and efficient problem solver, Rova supports the team in transaction coordination and general administration, ensuring both our clients and team members are set up for success. Prior to joining the world of real estate, she was a sales executive at a car dealership and owned and managed a digital printing business for 7 years. Rova has a natural eye for detail, an undeniably strong work ethic and is the definition of a self-starter.
From the Philippines and a proud mom of two lovely teens, when she is not working, Rova enjoys spending time with her loved ones and creating with her passion for digital arts.
