1. Agreement to Terms By accessing our website www.modernrev.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and to use the Site in accordance with these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms and conditions that may apply to specific sections of the Site or to products and services available through the Site.

We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username you select if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such username is inappropriate, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

8. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of British Columbia, Canada. The Modern Real Estate Team and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of British Columbia shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
